I’m a huge believer in privacy. I don’t store names, IP addresses, street addresses, visitor IDs, or anything that identifies you. All I keep is the approximate city or region where this website was opened and an aggregate view count. Every page view increments that count because I genuinely love knowing that people are willing to read me yapping. It really motivates me to keep writing. I also keep only broad, aggregate source counts for Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sources.
